Mauka Cleaning Co. is owned by a young, intelligent, next level customer service, PROFESSIONAL WHIPPAH SNAPPAH!! Honestly for the seasoned older guys, better stay on your toes because Mauka Cleaning Co. is that Thoroughbred horse that is silently coming up from behind that is going to win the race! No dropping of the ball even when I needed a re-check of work, no ghosting because they got my money. And not only that, they genuinely care about their clients. I've had two pretty competitive companies try to milk us because of first impressions of our house....which doesn't mean we aren't still working hard to pay off. Mauka Cleaning Co. is FAIR with solid work. I've had years and years battling pigeons, contracts with Terminex specifically for this problem,....they show up numerous times only to tell me "oh aunty we don't have the right materials, we'll have our manager call you" after waiting for the appointment then no manager follow-up call....give up, paid EcoShield back in the day with the first owner of that company for additional help on top of the contracts. EcoShield then changed hands and they at least did the job yet it was months and months between paying, patience and kindness on my part because then Christmas holidays happened to which it was just about spring when the job was completed...which eventually the pigeons won again and pulled out the wire mesh fasteners. Fast Forward to 2023 when our roof needed to be replaced and again we paid a guy named "Cole" who partners with the roofers and removes the solar panels then re-installs them....asked him if he would install a product that I researched and purchased and is an easy install....except for height I could do it! Cole said "Yes for $300 extra".....GREAT!! Well he ran off with the payment as he had just completed re-installing the solar panels!!! Then pursued two more quotes which were both $6000 for 300 ft. of bird barriers already purchased and cleaning due to the time lapse. Until one day, my doorbell rang and there was a young guy solicitor who cared!!! Also wanted to work. Turns out, it was Mauka Cleaning Co. If you want fair pricing and fast turn around time and on point customer service, it's Mauka Cleaning Co. I guarantee, YOU will be happy with their work!! Mic Drop

They didn't just rinse the windows with fresh water. They scrubbed and sprayed the windows with water. Then cleaned the windows with a window cleaner and squeegee. Windows look great!

We noticed the excellent cleaning by Mauka Cleaning of our neighborʻs solar panels. We met the owner, Adrian, who was friendly and welcoming. They were available this weekend and cleaned our solar panels… and our rain gutters, 2nd story windows, and today our moldy 1st floor roof. We are impressed and delighted by their service.

After years of neglect, our PV panels were in much need of cleaning and Mauka Cleaning did a great job. The before and after pictures were amazing. We also had our gutters cleaned out and the exterior windows washed. During our walk through, we realized that the windows also needed to be cleaned on the inside, so Adrian and his workers came to complete the job the following week. Adrian took care in making sure that the windows were cleaned perfectly. In fact, after cleaning the interior windows he realized some of the dirt was on the outside, so they went out to clean it. They cleaned the tracks and also the window sills. Adrian is very conscientious, polite and hard working. We are very pleased with the service that Mauka Cleaning provided and will be scheduling yearly maintenance with Adrian in the future. Shirley N

I was Very impressed with the Mauka cleaning service. They doublechecked the appointment time, were here on time, and did a superb job cleaning my windows. They were also quick to identify other related issues ( screen and window with hole, mold growing on the side wall. They were quick to identify and recommend corrective action…. And corrected the issues once I gave my approval (fixed screen and cleaned and treated the wall with mold. They saw things I did not see. Overall top marks for this young and growing company.

It's becoming more and more difficult to find a company that provides quality work and great customer service at an affordable price. Mauka Cleaning Co. is one of those rare businesses that uphold these standards. The owner Adrian is very personable and seems to be the type of person that will do what it takes to ensure that the job is done right and the customer is happy.
Windows and screens are always a pain to clean after 50 years of living in our Pearl City home,so it was such a pleasure to have it done by Mauka Cleaning Company! Our daughter had just had hers done by this company, and was so happy with the result, that I decided to call them. Adrian, the owner, gave us an estimate, and we decided to add in all the house walls, roof, and some solar panels. Adrian and his workers, Isaac and Jonah, arrived in mid morning, and workers stayed til 6 pm. They were all very personable and respectful, and were a pleasure to talk to. And everything is so clean now! I should add that our daughter’s window and screen door cleaning took just 2 hours. Our roof and walls took much more time. This is a young company and their work ethic is a refreshing example for everyone to follow.

I met with Adrian to discuss the cleaning of my solar panels. I had other quotes to clean my panels and all were competitive. I was most comfortable with Adrian and decided to go with him. I had a cinder block retaining wall, a vinyl fence and gates, my driveway, the concrete walkways all around my home, and the solar water panel on my roof cleaned. Adrian did an outstanding job. All of the cleaned areas look like new and my solar water heater is performing better than before. I’ll be scheduling regular cleanings with Mauka Cleaning from now on.

Isaac performed the cleaning services and was easy to speak/work with and was very respectful both interpersonally and around the house. We hired Mauka Cleaning for some tough outdoor mildew stains on our patio and walkway. They did an outstanding job and were super professional and friendly.
