Fantastic customer service, flexible to schedule changes with the Kona lows. Removed ALL dust and decrees from screens, left the glass windows as clear as I have ever seen them. Only thing - tracks were wet at the bottom so we had to go in and wipe them all down but still worth it!

Hired them to clean my many vinyl sliding glass windows to prepare my home to sell, and it looked amazing. No streaks or dirt anywhere. I made the mistake of getting our sidewalks around the home powerwashed by someone else after they already cleaned the windows, and some of the windows got dirty again. I was felt so horrible because I felt at fault for ruining the amazing job they did. I told Adrian about it and he said he would send someone to do a touchup job and make it perfect again, free of charge. WOW!! Learn from me though…power wash your walls and concrete first before getting the windows clean. Will definitely be hiring them again!

Honestly for the seasoned older guys, better stay on your toes because Mauka Cleaning Co. is that Thoroughbred horse that is silently coming up from behind that is going to win the race! No dropping of the ball even when I needed a re-check of work, no ghosting because they got my money. And not only that, they genuinely care about their clients. I've had two pretty competitive companies try to milk us because of first impressions of our house....which doesn't mean we aren't still working hard to pay off. Mauka Cleaning Co. is FAIR with solid work. I've had years and years battling pigeons, contracts with Terminex specifically for this problem,....they show up numerous times only to tell me "oh aunty we don't have the right materials, we'll have our manager call you" after waiting for the appointment then no manager follow-up call....give up, paid EcoShield back in the day with the first owner of that company for additional help on top of the contracts. EcoShield then changed hands and they at least did the job yet it was months and months between paying, patience and kindness on my part because then Christmas holidays happened to which it was just about spring when the job was completed...which eventually the pigeons won again and pulled out the wire mesh fasteners. Fast Forward to 2023 when our roof needed to be replaced and again we paid a guy named "Cole" who partners with the roofers and removes the solar panels then re-installs them....asked him if he would install a product that I researched and purchased and is an easy install....except for height I could do it! Cole said "Yes for $300 extra".....GREAT!! Well he ran off with the payment as he had just completed re-installing the solar panels!!! Then pursued two more quotes which were both $6000 for 300 ft. of bird barriers already purchased and cleaning due to the time lapse. Until one day, my doorbell rang and there was a young guy solicitor who cared!!! Also wanted to work. Turns out, it was Mauka Cleaning Co. If you want fair pricing and fast turn around time and on point customer service, it's Mauka Cleaning Co. I guarantee, YOU will be happy with their work!! Mic Drop"
